A maximum of 2 adults may be on the seating area of the lookout at the same time! The maximum permitted total load of the structure is 200 kg.
Climbing up and especially down is permitted only FACING the structure (holding the ladder rungs and handrails with both hands) and with great care! Stepping down with your back to the lookout or jumping off it is strictly prohibited and life-threatening!
Using the lookout under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any medication that affects coordination or balance even slightly is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! The guest bears full legal and financial responsibility for any resulting loss of balance or fall.

The lookout is intended solely for enjoying the panorama in a seated position. Standing on the platform, sitting or standing on the armrests or backrest, or climbing out onto the side of the structure is strictly prohibited.
In rain, strong wind, storms, fog, frost or ice, the wooden surfaces and ladder rungs become extremely slippery. Using the lookout in such weather conditions is strictly prohibited!
Taking fragile objects (bottles, glasses) up to the lookout is prohibited. Throwing any object or waste down from the lookout is strictly prohibited to protect the safety of people below.
The operator and owner of Zalai CSEPP have expressly informed guests of the risks arising from the elevated nature of the Badacsony Lookout and of its correct use. The operator fully excludes legal and financial liability for falls, personal injuries and accidents resulting from failure to observe the safety rules, carelessness, incorrect climbing-down technique or use by children despite the prohibition.
