Hot Tub & Entrance Terrace

The terrace and the hot tub may be used SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK and only in strict compliance with the following rules.

Increased risk of slipping

Water carried out of the hot tub can make both the tiles in the covered area and the WPC decking in the open area extremely slippery! Running on the terrace is strictly prohibited! Take particular care when getting into and out of the hot tub and when walking on the terrace.

Use of the railing and fall protection

Because of the height of the terrace, sitting or standing on the wooden railing, or leaning over it, is strictly prohibited! The wire mesh below the railing is a safety element; climbing it or using it as a step or ladder is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and life-threatening!

Strictly no use under the influence

Using the hot tub and the terrace under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that affects reaction time is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! The combined effect of hot water and alcohol can cause a sudden drop in blood pressure, loss of consciousness and a risk of drowning.

Supervision of children

Minors (under 18) may stay on the terrace only under the continuous, direct supervision of a parent or accompanying adult. Parents and accompanying adults must prevent children from climbing the wire-mesh railing. Persons under 18 may not use the hot tub.

No glass or breakables

Taking fragile glasses, bottles or any other object that could cause cuts into the hot tub or its immediate surroundings (onto the edge of the tub) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! Only plastic or metal drinking vessels may be used.

Hygiene and operating rules

Showering before using the hot tub is mandatory. Guests may not adjust or tamper with the technical equipment or buttons of the hot tub. Pouring any foreign substance (bubble bath, oil, body lotion, shampoo, etc.) into the tub is strictly prohibited!

Weather

In the open, uncovered area, use of the hot tub is prohibited during storms, lightning or frost because of the risk of lightning strikes and slipping.

The operator and owner of Zalai CSEPP fully exclude all legal and financial liability for illness or accidents resulting from failure to observe these rules, improper use of the railing (climbing), slipping, or being under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
