To ensure that every guest enjoys perfect, undisturbed relaxation and maximum safety at the Zalai CSEPP Estate, please read the following important information. By making a booking, guests accept the House Rules.
Arrival and departure (check-in & check-out)
- Arrival: The accommodation is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
- Departure: On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 11:00 am at the latest so that we can welcome our next guests with spotless cleanliness.
- Flexibility: The apartment can be booked for as little as one night, making it the perfect place for a spontaneous weekend getaway.
Adults-only concept and pets
- Adults only: The design, atmosphere and experience features of Zalai CSEPP are dedicated to the relaxation of adults. The apartment house and the estate accept adult guests only.
- Pet-free zone: To maintain a high level of hygiene and undisturbed tranquillity, no pets may be brought onto the estate or into the apartment house.
Use of the premium hot tub
The top-quality hot tub on the terrace is available all year round, in good weather and bad.
The hot tub may only be used in compliance with the rules for proper use (e.g. showering before use, appropriate swimwear). Malfunctions resulting from improper use, or a resulting need to change the water, may incur extra costs. Details: Hot Tub User Guide.
Safety and liability in the grounds
- Own responsibility: The experience features created in the 2-hectare grounds – including the 25 m² lookout tower, the swing and hammock island, the panorama terrace, the swing bed and the “Badacsony Lookout” – may be used solely and exclusively at your own risk.
- Exclusion of liability: The host accepts no liability for personal injuries, accidents or problems resulting from improper use or from use under any kind of influence (alcohol or other substances).
- Digital comfort: Wi-Fi is available in the apartment and throughout the estate for carefree relaxation and work.
- Security: For your peace of mind, the entire estate is fenced and vehicles are protected by a camera-monitored car park.
Damage policy
We are very proud of the unique, handcrafted furniture and decorations of the estate. Please take care of them!
- If damage occurs indoors or outdoors through the fault of a guest, the guest must pay compensation on site before departure.
- If the damage is of such an extent (e.g. special parts must be ordered or a specialist tradesman is required) that it cannot be settled on site immediately, the guest has a maximum of 5 calendar days from departure to settle the damage in full.
