Swing & Hammock Island

The equipment may be used SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK and only in strict compliance with the following safety rules.

Maximum capacity

A maximum of 4 people (one person per item) may be on the entire wooden frame structure at the same time!

Load limits

• Swings: max. 100 kg per swing.
• Hammocks: max. 120 kg per hammock.

No use under the influence

Using the swings and hammocks under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that impairs coordination or balance is STRICTLY PROHIBITED!

Supervision of children

Minors may use the area and the equipment only under the continuous, direct supervision of a parent or adult. Swings without a backrest are particularly dangerous for small children, even under supervision!

Proper use

• Standing on the equipment, deliberately jumping off it, or swinging it to extremes beyond the normal sitting/lying position is strictly prohibited!
• Climbing the swing chains, the hammock ropes, or the supporting wooden frame and its posts is life-threatening and prohibited!
• Because of the sloping terrain, staying or running through the swinging zone of the swings and under the hammocks is prohibited due to the risk of collision.

Weather restrictions

In rain, ice, strong wind or storms the structure and the garden ground become slippery, so using the equipment at such times is dangerous and prohibited.

The operator and owner of the Zalai CSEPP Estate accept no legal or financial liability for personal injury or damage resulting from improper use, overloading or disregard of the warnings. By using the equipment, guests acknowledge this exclusion of liability.
